In mid-September 2009 I tested the first factory run, and I have to take my hat off to the technicians who assembled these horns. They are consistent and fabulous."   Roger ;-)   The 1600I debuted at the 2009 Midwest Band and Orchestra Clinic in Chicago, Illinois and the 2010 NAMM show (National Association of Musical Manufacturers) in Anaheim, California. Since 2004, Roger has maintained an "Artist in Residence" and "Teacher of Jazz Trumpet" position at the Music Conservatory of the Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University. Starting in 2011, Roger teaches the Jazz Pedagogy course at Roosevelt's CCPA.
